Hand Washing Instructions (Recommended):

1. Soak: Fill a basin with cold/lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the sweater and gently agitate it. Let it soak for 5–10 minutes.
2. Rinse: Remove the sweater and drain the soapy water. Refill with fresh, clean water to rinse. Repeat until no soap remains.
3. Remove Water: Do not wring or twist the sweater. Gently squeeze out excess water, or press the sweater against the side of the sink. 

Machine Washing Instructions:

1. Set to Delicate/Wool: Select the "delicate," "hand-wash," or "wool" cycle on your machine.
2. Low Spin: Use a low-speed spin cycle (maximum 600–1000 RPM) to prevent stretching.
3. Wash Separately: Wash with similar delicate items or alone to avoid damage from rougher fabrics like denim. 

Drying and Finishing:

• Never Tumble Dry: Avoid using a tumble dryer, as heat will shrink or damage the knit.
• Dry Flat: Lay the sweater flat on a dry towel and reshape it to its original dimensions (straighten sleeves, align collar).
• Avoid Hangers: Do not hang the sweater while wet, as it will stretch out of shape.
• Storage: Once completely dry, store the sweater folded in a drawer rather than on a hanger.
